The Company received the following notification on July 15 confirming transactions in the Company’s share capital by a director of the Company.
Mr A Knight, Chairman, has today purchased the following shares at the following prices:

As a result Mr Knight has an interest in 84,978,764 shares in the Company, representing 14.77 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
